Located on the new campus of the Ashe County Agricultural facility this project involved the construction of two new buildings totaling 52,000 square feet to operate as Office, public events, and livestock handling facilities. Working closely with the Vannoy Design Build team and the Owner, building systems were selected to align with the program requirements, budget, and schedule for the project. With a diverse group of leadership stakeholders and unique program requirements, this project provided an opportunity to create a unique design that will serve as a community hub for years to come.
