Nestled in the hills of Waynesville, this multifamily townhome project capitalizes on an underutilized site with fantastic mountain views. Wormng with City stakeholders, the design team was able to navigate complex site restrictions to create a project that balances large living in a relatively small footprint. With an efficient layout and great connectivity to the exterior, these residences are well suited for a variety of living scenarios and tailored to a mountain aesthetic in keeping with the surrounding community.
